钟伟强为何去参加中国好声音？
抛开钟伟强自身的名利不谈，从几个方面来分析： 1、中国好声音是审美制，不是审丑制。所以大部分选手应该是邀请来的。我仔细研究过第一季时选手选拔情况，绝大部分都是邀请的，歌手要求有比较好的歌唱功底，钟伟强参加过别的选修节目，而且得了全国前五，那么中国好声音邀请他来是很自然的。当然不排除钟伟强自己来报名。 2、节目就是节目，要有励志、有卖点、有眼泪，所以，钟伟强这样一个励志、有卖点、有故事的歌声来参加中国好声音是很自然的的事情。 3、为了他女儿，我百度过钟伟强，她女儿也唱歌，所以，通过这个节目，也能帮到他女儿，说不定下一季的中国好声音，他女儿就来了。 所以，无论从哪方面分析，钟伟强来参加比赛是很自然的事情。

在《中国好声音》第二季的舞台上，Simmon演唱了一首近两年大火的英文歌《Rolling in the deep》，不仅饱含热情、激情四射，更在歌曲中加入了自己的理解和处理，现场气氛持续火热，获得了汪峰、哈林、那英3位导师的转身，最终加入汪峰导师班级看到舞台上这位60岁的摇滚老人，导师都大为惊讶。阿妹转过身后更直呼“我真的惊呆了”。被阿妹尊称为“强哥”的钟伟强从十几岁就开始搞音乐组乐队，几乎“和谭咏麟同期”。他30多年来坚持追随音乐梦想，就算家人不支持，就算差点变成植物人，也从未放弃。这次来到《中国好声音》，他表示自己“百分之百是为女儿来的”，因为和女儿分居两地多年，不能在身边教导她照顾她，希望女儿在看到自己的表现后能够明白人生要“勇于面对自己，要学会坚持，相信自己”，这些每个人都会说的大道理他要用自己的行动做给女儿看。这位“摇滚好爸爸”真挚自然的演唱获得了导师们的肯定，也引发了场上关于“摇滚音乐”的一番热议。那英认为钟伟强的演唱不炫技、不花哨：“你就是一种精神，你在唱的就是一种摇滚精神”；酷爱摇滚的哈林也对“强哥”赞誉有加：“你的心态、年龄、状态这些都不是问题，摇滚永远不会死”。对鲍勃·迪伦情有独钟的汪峰则用偶像的歌曲来形容Simmon：“foreveryoung！，你自己就是一个证明，给所有来好声音的年轻人，告诉了他们什么叫追逐梦想，什么叫实现梦想。”当晚，迎来有史以来年纪最大的学员——60岁来自香港的钟伟强。一块涂鸦头巾，一件红色T恤，一条牛仔裤，虽已年过花甲，钟伟强饱含热情的摇滚精神令导师们折服。他自曝，在七十年代参加歌唱比赛时获得冠军，有过三次失败婚姻，此次为了多年未联系的女儿来到好声音的舞台。钟伟强作为香港乐坛的资深前辈，他还曾和谭咏麟一起组建乐队，为梅艳芳写过歌，不过后来因个性急躁不适合在娱乐圈发展，转行做了保险。“摇滚好爸爸”的故事娓娓动听，唱功更把导师和小伙伴们惊呆了。不过事实上，曾参加过《激情唱响》的他，还是名货真价实的回炉选手。全球好声音第一个被重录的歌手2013年7月2日录制时，钟伟强因忘词而导致录制暂停、再唱一遍后再度忘词从而中途退场，在后台，情绪崩溃的他向导演承认曾希望女儿能来，但女儿最初告诉他不能来。直到录制前一晚，他在宾馆突然接到了女儿的电话，告诉他“DADDY，我爱你！”这句话让他激动到一夜无眠。钟伟强曾有过三段婚姻，但因为他经常沉浸在音乐中不管不顾，三段感情都已失败收场，女儿也跟妈妈居住，至今已多年未联系。女儿给自己打来了电话，想起女儿的电话，钟伟强的小小傲气被彻底击溃，录制歌曲时两度在同一处忘词，一度泣不成声。节目组两次被迫为钟伟强中断录制，第三次他走过了心里的坎完成了演唱。不过，这种为一位学员多次录制的案例，在全世界好声音的舞台上都是绝无仅有的。 钟伟强惜败毕夏，汪峰感叹音乐不死《中国好声音》第二季第七期，于2013年8月23日开播。60岁的摇滚老将钟伟强Simon与22岁的摇滚小妹毕夏分在一组，这是好声音舞台上年龄悬殊最大的一对组合。不过正是这样的奇异组合，却给《中国好声音》带来了惊喜的表演。在对决中，两人从开口演唱披头士乐队经典曲目《Hey Jude》时，气场就足以震慑全场，以至于两人的忘我演绎还不到一半，无论是全场的观众还是场内的导师都已经被这股摇滚的精神彻底点燃，连汪峰都从座位上起身，一直跟着唱到底。 毫无不掩饰自己情绪的汪峰直言自己已经很疯狂了并特别感谢了两位学员的这首歌让这场考核画上了绝对圆满的句号。而张惠妹也格外激动，甚至大赞毕夏很漂亮。对于自己的这位对手，毕夏透露自己因为不擅长英文，起初很抵触唱这首歌，但钟伟强却一个音一个音的教他，跟她讲这首歌的背景和披头士乐队的历史，这让毕夏很感动，说着说着也红了眼眶。而汪峰坦言将这两位放在一起，能听出人生的味道，“你们的表现今天真正告诉了我们音乐的力量和魅力，音乐不死，音乐可以改变这个世界!”虽然最终钟伟强惜败于毕夏，让毕夏在台下泪奔不已，但钟伟强却说很久没有这样的感觉，能在舞台上和观众一起疯一起鼓掌，“是好声音给了我很美好的回忆。”
